- I started Bodybuilding when 'Arnie' Arnold Schwarzengegger was at the height of his career. And then I settled... The comfortable life gave me severe back aches and migraines, and in 2004 I just had to turn the wheel round; went back to the gym, changed my food habits, experimented a lot and now at age 50 I will be competing for the first time in my life. The training gave me confidence, health and bought a lot of fun into my life. Well, and I like to lecture other people, what better way to do that professionally and get paid for it. Hence my aim to become a personal trainer, and then hopefully in a few years time building my own business, a holistic health farm.
